All that "mockery of the vows" and "escape hatch" talk is fairy tale crap. Almost EVERYONE who gets married has the best intentions and NOBODY expects the marriage to fail on day one.  But stuff happens and I do believe that the parties should maturely discuss how the marriage would be dissolved. People need to let go of their romantic views of it and understand that there is a financial and asset based component to it. [/quote]
