+1  Agree no other names being thrown around here for the Bullis position will have the impact that Nic Bell will.  Unlike the other names in the mix, Nic Bell has name recognition far beyond the immediate DMV.  He has a proven track record for building successful programs and will attract new talent to Bullis.  I think their program will stay strong even if they bring in local talent (simply maintaining the house that Bellistri has built), but I see it going to the next level under Bell.  [/quote]

I’m not seeing why a guy who has access to dorm rooms, national profile, and a lower cost of living would take the Bullis job. But hey, it’s off season and people need something to do. [/quote]
At STAB:
1) You have to travel 1-2 hours for every away game
2) Thin local talent
3) Need to recruit to central VA and competing against Brunswick, Deerfield, Culver, etc.[/quote]

1. Not every game - but fair point
2. Fair (but recruiting local day students is a different animal than what he doing now) 
3. He's not chasing the same guys. Bell is going after 3* types from non-hotbed areas mainly, and convinces him he can make them 4*'s (he does for a few of them).  [/quote]
