DP and this response makes no sense.  I don't think you understood PP's point.  The "date that no learning occurs after" isn't a static one.  It will adjust, based on the last day of school.  If we end in late May, "no learning occurs after" early May.

Until legislation kicks in that requires SOLs to be held during the last two weeks of school, the SOL window is adjusted based on the last day of school.[/quote]
