Not the PP you're responding to but I've witnessed the high cost of litigation and battling to clear a reputation.  Your life is never the same after going through the experience.  Lance's former teammates and support staff have been pretty open about the suffering caused by Lance because they told the truth.  Perhaps you might not have felt 'ruined' but they clearly have.  You are in no position to judge them.

no shit, this PP is living in a fantasy world.  I've been sued, and I had the means to defend myself, but it still really sucked.  Imagine if I didn't have $100K lying around to pay legal fees, and the biggest name in my sport was making sure my name was mudd?   jesus PP, get a grip.[/quote]

Yes, but were you ruined? The first guy in that story doesn't even bother to give specifics on how he was "ruined". And the second woman wrote a book afterwards; money I'm sure well covered her "ruination".
