I read an article about a local girl headed to Duke who trains with top pro team in france. We are obviously developing some incredible talent around here, so why is everyone so negative? I'm surprised she is not turning pro instead of heading to college.
Ohh my OP you really got from this article that a girl from this area "trains with a top pro team in france" yikes
https://www.dukechronicle.com/article/duke-womens-soccer-feature-kaeden-kosette-koons-perdikis-sisterhood-premed-soccer-20251205
Life is good for the wealthy and well connected. They give their kids great opportunities to achieve and pursue their dreams. Isn’t that what we all want too?
See. The problem with being a nepo is that you really never get validated by the society no matter how hard you try unfortunately. It is what it is. If you are a hardworking person on the other hand, you get that validation even if you fail some times trying. I would take the hard work path any day.
