I married into a south Asian family and now I am very familiar with all the classic south Asian signs of aging, which really are different than white, East Asian, or Black signs of aging, but still show up such that I never wonder if someone 45 is 30. As much as some of these groups absolutely insist they age better than other ones, when among their own families/communities, they are never confused about if someone is a recent college grad or the mom of a middle schooler.
