Ha. If they went to an Ivy or private SLAC or Georgetown, etc.,,,,then they would see true wealth.  Private jets, etc.  Why are they snobby at UVA? I think that’s what turns people off. This oversized attitude for a state school. [/quote]

There are a lot of very wealthy OOS kids at UVA. Then there’s the astronomical wealth in surrounding Albemarle County. It sets the tone.[/quote]

And that’s nothing compared to the West coast, Greenwich, NYC, international, Hollywood, royalty etc wealth seen at Ivies/T10s/Georgetown, etc.  Albemarle county is nothing. lol [/quote]
