No, in other words, you were either wrong (labeled by some as ignorant) or being dishonest (called by some a LIE) in your post. So, are you ignorant or a liar?

Additionally, he couldn't have purchased a handgun until he was 21 (and met the other requirements of course); [url]http://www.cga.ct.gov/2009/pub/chap529.htm#Sec29-34.htm[/url]. There are some reports that he tried to purchase long guns from Dick's Sporting Goods and was denied but law enforcement hasn't verified that yet. Still, he would've had to go through the checks that both CT and the feds require regardless of if he purchased locally or online. Online dealers are [b][u]not[/u][/b] exempt from the same transfer requirements as local dealers.
