For those how dont bother reading, OP retired 10 years ago and was doing important work, unlike what they are doing now. My question, how do we get people to leave ICE? How do we make it so toxic, people leave? What type of people sign up for this job and how do we reach them morally? [/quote] It will be nearly impossible. The job market for non-law enforcement positions suck; young folks, former military, etc. are lining up for hours at DHS (ICE) job fairs. [/quote]
