Because the VPI changes have filtered through all grades now. It’s reliably at title I levels and VPI means it will stay there.

To be fair we don’t know that those schools aren’t also in process of getting it. ATS has the posting but that doesn’t mean others won’t soon. (I work at one of the schools but don’t have any inside info, I do know we have had a lot of students leave in the last few months) [/quote]
