Just because you’ve been doing something for decades doesn’t mean you must keep doing it. The US government is no longer a good trustworthy employer and you should leave. FWIW, the housing market has increased in price at a greater rate in other areas than DC. You will be surprised to find that LCOL areas aren’t exactly that LCOL. However it is difficult in the later part of our years to try to make new friends.[/quote]
