Proving the rotten apple does not fall far from the rotten tree. Rest easy knowing your DDs spot was offered to our DDs and they turned it down because even a normal 13 year old can recognize a cess pit, even if you can’t. But if you can’t recognize the issues this team is facing, I bet you are the problem.  Maybe you can call Captain Arlington in to help motivate your girls.
