Stop.  I've watched more than one match and the "strategy" is to boot it long to the right wing and hope she could out run the girl marking her and corral the ball.

In case you were wondering,  she could not effectively do either.  And yes, this is an ECNL team.[/quote]

This wasn't the discussion.  I'm ok with fast direct football when necessary. It can be superior to 25 sideways and backwards passes which do nothing.

What I love is when they head the ball on goalie kicks. It is so fun to watch them head it back and forth 4-5 times while accomplish nothing. Just like long balls in to the defense. [/quote]
