[/quote] Again, a federal RIF comes with benefits, severance and protections. And in many cases more money than the FORK. Very few people can just be fired. They need to go through RIF procedures. I know they aren’t right now, but that’s next weeks lawsuit. RIF is in a statute, passed by Congress. It’s a real thing people can depend on and does not require you to sign away all rights. In almost all cases, RIF is better than FORK. [/quote]
