Judge will very likely issue a permanent TRO on Monday. The plaintiffs strongly argue multiple violations of law by the Fork program and OPM.
Now that Bondi is in they should stop frivolous litigations like this as they cost tax payers a lot of money
Explain how this is frivolous and what part of the Constitution allows her to stop litigation.
