It’s never too late for people to learn about being inclusive. Definitely some DCUM posters would be benefit from some DEI awareness.

Read the article. Feelings of inclusion were exactly what were negatively impacted by Michigan’s (expensive!) programs.  You can’t just mouth words like inclusion and belonging without evidence to back up that the programs actually inspire such a community.[/quote]
