Everyone knows everyone’s business and you still get blacklisted for having boundaries and sticking up for yourself. Just look at how some people have been treated during involuntary transfer season. Individual schools have too much power and the many positions at Co that are supposed to oversee them have a carousel of changing personnel.[/quote] Understood.
