Tucson is usually cooler than Phoenix because the elevation is slightly higher and there’s less concrete. But AZ Jan-March is never a sure thing. I grew up there and we never opened our pool until May (it wasn’t so stupid hot in the 80s though) [/quote]

Another former Tucsonan.  Agree spring is variable if you want to swim but it’s basically always nice with little chance of rain. If it’s cool it’s nice for hiking or horseback riding.  [/quote]
