As a rep, I can only imagine the level of work that goes into being a board member pulling off an entire season. Teams have their schedules and can post on their websites. I’m sure they’re prioritizing time sensitive activities to prep for the season while also managing the rest of their lives. I think we all forget that outside of coaches, the NVSL is entirely volunteer-run. There is no entity like many other youth sports teams that have paid staff to manage the admin.
