Most of the population can be just crunchers while the 1% elite in key positions are running the country. In fact, you might need only a few top-geniuses to run a country like the USA. Here in the USA, we have the over-the-top geniuses like Trump, Biden, and Kamala running the country. With geniuses like that, we can afford to be mere crunchers. They got us this far in life.
