There are plenty of solutions to this problem that don't involve fake vacations where family members are free labor. OP, maybe your DH could look into farmers in the area who will hay the land for your in laws or as another pp suggested someone who will do it for access to hunt on the land. Your inlaws are making this unnecessarily complicated and sound like they are being a**holes about it. It's really not your problem but perhaps for future family harmony you should encourage your DH to help them figure out another solution.[/quote]
