She took pictures while visiting and Duke is absolutely gorgeous, and people seem to spend a lot of time outside which she liked. The gardens at Duke are also an incredible asset to have on campus, she said it was breathtaking! She liked how curious and engaged the students she talked with were - it definitely dispelled any thoughts about Duke only being a pre-professional school. She also was able to speak with kids who were involved with a variety of undergraduate research endeavors and engineering projects on campus which she liked! She overall feels Duke will set her up well and let her have a fruitful and balanced college experience![/quote]
