It's about newer townhouses you see in townhouse developments. A townhouse in Merrifield is in no way comparable to a townhouse in the SE quadrant of Old Town.[/quote] Then answer is it depends, not all SFH are created equal nor all TH or condos. Location, cost, construction, amenities, walkability, neighborhood, history, size etc etc can make it a very specific comparison, otherwise you are comparing apples and oranges.[/quote]
