What is a "cook unity meal" ????
Cookunity is amazing! Meal delivery service https://www.cookunity.com/
I don't need this BUT, wow, I sure could have used this at certain times, and especially when my parents were declining. It would have been a lifesaver. We were cooking around the clock. OP, cooking your own food will make the difference for you, and there's lots of simply prepared things that are doable.
We really enjoy them! Everyone can order what they like. DH and I rarely get the same thing. At this point I try one new meal a week and then the rest are my favorites. We get these meals M-Fri sometimes M-Yhu and eat out 1-2x and there is always the intention to cook but it's usually a frozen Amy's meal. I actually really enjoy cooking but I'm really overwhelmed right now. I work so much that I have to plan when I shower and when I eat. The thought of finding time to cook. I don't know. I also work nights so a lot of my day is sleeping. I know it's all excuses but at this season in our life I can't find the time. DH could cook but I don't want to put that responsibility on him when I can't help out. Cookunity is great for us. It's also so easy to skip or pause. Last year we paused it for most of the summer when I had a lighter work load.
