I know this is veering off topic but I listened to a high school administrator this week express great frustration at the severe adverse effect decriminalization of marijuana has had on high schoolers and how there are virtually no treatment programs to help HS kids who aren't full blown drug addicts but are really struggling with excessive marijuana use.[/quote] I voted against legalization.
