Pressure is subjective, but just looking at hours on task, I can’t believe how much more work I do now, especially unpaid. None of it involves bulletin boards, BTW. DH also changed careers, taught for a while, and then almost two years ago, quit teaching. He returned to his previous career. He’s putting in at most 2/3 the number of hours and making almost $40k more. [/quote]
