We have recently started thinking about looking at Amalyn townhouses for purchase since we can't find anything in our price range that isn't outdated or weird layout, etc. Anyone else here looking at Amalyn? Thoughts on the location, builders, etc? I never saw myself living in a community like that but getting really frustrated with the market.
What is your price range? That area is practically Rockville, so Iād presonally expand my search there rather than spend this much for a townhome.
What??? Are you crazy?? That is across from WJ high school and definitely NOT practically Rockville. I live in Rockville, and you'd never mistake it for being almost Rockville. š
WJ the Get-to W school
Walter Johnson is a āWā school in name only.
Comments like yours crack me up... you're so transparent. You're either bitter or you're a snob, because most people who live in a W school district, would never care enough to make such an insignificant comment. I don't know much about WJ specifically, because my kids went to Churchill... but there are only two types of people would even bother to state something this ridiculous: - a bitter person who cannot afford the area that the school is in, so they demean it. or - an immature/competitive snob, who heavily invests in/bases their life around absurd tropes like "W" schools, and demeans other people's choices, in order to make themselves feel better & to make up for their own insecurities and/or incompetence. Something tells me you're the latter -- either way, you should get your priorities in order. Oh, and FYI... your comment doesn't make WJ look bad, it's quite the other way around.
