Potential ITS family here. Can you give us a more honest read? We really like so much about the school but this thread is disheartening. We are really hoping our PK kid won't have to mask next year, though that wouldn't be a dealbreaker for us. However part of what is drawing us to ITS is community and it's hard to read through these complaints. [/quote]

Look at the number of people looking at these threads this year vs a year or two ago.  DCUM is pretty passe' for the PK3 crowd, and the older parents are over the drama and Fairfax Underground trolling:

-  You have mask troll
-  Anti-Charter Troll
-  Ward 4, Shepherd/LAMB parent
-  Ward 4, Lewis/LAMB/Whittier parent
-  Anti-Pumpkin Moms
-  Pro and anti Saving Shaw Middle (overlap with Pumpkin)
-  Lafayette parents who don't want to cross the park
-  Shining Stars haters
-  Langley Boosters
-   Deal sucks and it going to make my kid smoke all the pot and get jumped
-  Earnest Capitol Hill parent who gets their information elsewhere
-   Watkins/CH Cluster fire stoker

Who am I missing?
