So if you have more health issues maybe you should. I honestly don't know. On one hand it's a disability, and a larger person most likely was responsible for their size, on the other hand it's out of some peoples control. I'm not sure how that would be regulated. If a person is special needs, or has a disability you can't charge them more in a child care center, even if you need more/ special resources for that child.
