The ACLU suit isn’t about all districts having to mask, but argues that districts should be able to require masks for immunocompromised kids (but aren’t there some in every district??). So it’s sort of a local control suit, which means FCPS can do both here.

The full CDC school guidance for the new color chart isn’t out yet, so FCPS has a slight cover for waiting a hot minute. Maybe the new school guidelines will kill screening testing! It’s a waste of ESSER III funds.[/quote]
