They do not plan to go into DC.  Beltway only.

1. They may never get here.  At least not in numbers.

2. If they do and they want to protest and get arrested in an act of civil protest -- great.  That is what America is all about.

3. They are not going to camp out for a long time on the beltway.

You cannot pick the speech that you like and protect it and then do something different when you do not like it.  Non-violent protest is part of the American tradition.  MLK was arrested numerous times.  Occupy WallStreet?  If they want to come and be arrested then I welcome that.  It wont last long.  They may just drive around the beltway at the minimum speed and not even do anything illegal.
