I really haven't come in contact with folks that just don't "give a damn" at the center. I have encountered some people that don't have the same communication style that I have, even some of the parents. That's OK with me though.  As long as my kid is learning the right things, then that is what I am concerned about.

Does anyone know if the discovery preschool teachers need early childhood degrees for NAEYC certification? I would like to see the security at the entrance up and running and the secruity guard at the door. To truly be safe, you need multiple layers of security. I am also interested in their COOP, in case something happens. Georgetown Law Child Care Center had an excellent plan in place and I hope to work with them on this. I want more information on their enrichment activities for the summer too. [/quote]
