* Adjusting down the number of times you go over to your sister's house to once a week, or even better once every other week.  Definitely being available for occasional baby sitting or helping out in other ways, but in terms of socializing/lunch/dinner,/spending time with sis, more infrequently.  That will take the pressure off your sister trying to juggle everyone's needs and wants.  You will become a fun, bright spot in the midst of all her chores rather than a source of strife.[/quote]
