Is that why DC doesn't enforce traffic and parking violations, because ATV riders are also breaking the rules? Must be easy to be a DC politician just collecting a paycheck while claiming nothing can be done about anything. [/quote]
To be honest with you, I think it’s not politically tenuous to enforce traffic laws against Black ATV riders but not conversely against White cyclists and actually reducing the laws that apply to cyclists. So by creating an area of de jure lawlessness with cycling has necessarily led to allowing de facto lawlessness with ATVs. If they go after ATVs then the expectation would be that cyclists need to be ready for tickets. [/quote]

2 kids and a father were hit in a crosswalk on their walk to school yesterday, and it wasn't by a person driving an ATV, and it wasn't by a person riding a bicycle.[/quote]
