I found this to be a bunch of garbage and am pissed about this advice actually because of a very close family member who is incredibly high risk and whom she lives with. So far, she hasn’t gotten Covid.

Not really on topic but relevant - a fifth family member who had contact with the first 3 mentioned above but who was fully vaccinated got Covid from contact with the one with MS. So far, that person is fine. No symptoms.
