Right behind this block that is getting the development is James Creek, a section 8 housing development run by the DV Housing Authority for extremely low income levels (as defined by HUD).  Want to fix crime?  Building expensive, fancy townhomes adjacent to James Creek isn’t waving a magic wand and poof problem solved. And there is no way in he!! I would ever live there.  Ever.
