[/quote] This is how I've always done it, even when I was young. It make your eyes look bigger and can make them look more almond shaped, especially if you thicken the liner slightly on the outer edge (not a true cat eye or anything, just a bit more liner to draw the eye outward -- it will also make your lashes look thicker). It's also easier to keep looking tidy over the course of the day or when it's hot and humid out. No makeup on lower lash means no transfer to your skin. Plus if you ever get transfer from your upper lashes, you can wipe it clean easily without disturbing any makeup on the lower lash line because there isn't any.[/quote]
