Here's the big difference:  most of us have learned that it's wrong to denigrate gays and lesbians for their sexual orientation. We've learned not to denigrate Jews.  Most of us have definitely matured in our political discourse.

Yep, I'm the throwback.  Because groups that oppose gay marriage offend and anger me, I'm the bigot.  Some people can hear no criticism of their chosen religion and you are one of those people.  [/quote]
