No.  Strong players want to compete with and against other strong players.  Everything is watered down in both leagues.  One is better.  Status and rep is not useful.  Talent skill motivation and smarts is useful.  College coaches don't even want to know the youth league of the player..they want to get them out on the field and watch what they can do.[/quote]
