Your feelings are completely valid.  I am also annoyed that you have a dangerous overpowered box of metal spewing pollution in our public space whether you are “allowed” to do it or not. It is annoying and hazardous.  It just is.  You can be offended that I am annoyed at you, but I am. You are annoying. And a hazard.
