Another "average student" here. DD has a 3.4 GPA and 1290 SAT. She has been accepted to 12 schools, deferred at 2 and 1 rejection. All solid schools, nice to have options.[/quote]

I'm sure most on here will look down on these schools but here you go: Butler, College of Charleston, Indiana, Miami OH, St. Joe's, Towson (in-state), Delaware, Pitt, South Carolina. Deferred at Elon and JMU. Denied by Tulane.
Still waiting on Clemson, UMD, UConn, Miami and VT.[/quote]
