Guess you didn't either.  Out of all of things they decided to charge this 12 year old with, none of them included illegally selling CD's.  So interesting, little boy trying to promote himself, trying to do something with his life and you guys find something wrong with that. If he was just hanging in the mall you guys would say he was loitering and was a thug.  [/quote]

Yeah, they indict kids for criminal trespass all the time for no reason.  Try reading.

Also, "just hanging in the mall" is the very definition of loitering.

LOL, THIS is so funny! and right on time.  I pickled my AA daughter up from"loitering" at Montgomery mall today with her white friends that coincidentally we just there "hanging" out and you know what she said when she got in the car?  I think I'm going to stop hanging (loitering) out at Montgomery Mall, too many GP boys and their girlfriends smoking weed in the movies and drinking Lean in the food court(google it-cause I know you don't know what it is). And yes they were all white boys and girls.
