[/quote] DC United has been much more organized and stable for the last year or two. They have a decent academy director and have had less coaching turnover. That makes a big difference. Hopefully they'll be able to build on this, though it would help a ton if the academy got more funding from DC United. [/quote] I think they are the only MLS pay-to-play academy at the moment, which is rather sad. A couple of other MLS franchises also have pay-to-play academy with multiple teams, but the top youth team for each group is free. [/quote]
