There were some rejections received on the first day anyone received anything.  So no that doesn't make sense.  The more obvious answer is that the rejections are less likely to run to post on DCUM.  CALM DOWN![/quote]

I think the pp is correct. A few years ago my older DC wasn't found eligible and we got the rejection letter the first day people started posting that letters were received.  I was surprised and dejected.  I really didn't feel like being on this board seeing all the ins.  DC got in on appeal, so it all worked out.  But I was kind of in morning the first few days   :) [/quote]
