I think the pp is correct. A few years ago my older DC wasn't found eligible and we got the rejection letter the first day people started posting that letters were received. I was surprised and dejected. I really didn't feel like being on this board seeing all the ins. DC got in on appeal, so it all worked out. But I was kind of in morning the first few days![]()
I agree. The last thing you want to do when you get a rejection letter is tell a bunch of complete strangers.
