The language of the bill is online, and failing that there's a wiki page. It's literally the least you could do to go look at it. I'm happy to guide you to the path of enlightenment but you've got to at least put a few seconds of your own time in. I don't know anyone's age here, but I can make rough estimates sometimes based on the sense of entitlement.[/quote]
