Thank you for the understated posted gloating in its enthusiasm ("So far, so good") that [i]all[/i] of your "Big 3 NW DC private" school's EA applicants to "Stanford" and "some elite SLAC colleges" were admitted (again, the "So far, so good").  It is really a bit insensitive coming on the heels of so many other previous posts expressing students' disappointment at not being admitted to those or other schools.  [/quote]

Agree the post is obnoxious  but keep in mind it is not the school or even the overall parent body, just one insufferable parent (or kid), doing the bragging.  Doesn't speak for everyone there.
