Seems like an awful lot of unnecessary hassle and disruption of a LOT of people who are happy and settled.

Fcps is not going to go out of their way to swap 1200+ kids from the high school and middle school they are each closest to and moving them to a school they are far from with no justificstion for so [b]drastically lowering the quality of school zone[/b] for 600 families.[/quote]

When pablum like this appears on your school's web page, it's a good indication of a lower-quality school:  "We are Life-long learners who Excel as Engaged global citizens."

This came right off Lee's FCPS profile.  If something equally insipid had made its way onto West Springfield's profile, the parents would have demanded revisions.  FCPS definitely needs to redistrict Lee and West Springfield.

This kind of 'insipid pablum' is everywhere in FCPS - for example, from Madison HS web page:  Developing Creative, Resilient Global Citizens   I'm getting a glimpse of what's motivating the Trump supporters - 'Global Citizens'? At lease they have 'Warhawks' for a mascot - until the sjw find out and make then change it to a robin ;=)[/quote]
