Sure if a former football coach were to apply (which would be odd given that I'm in finance), sure then I may think harder about when the scandal happened, were they on campus then, could they have known anything. But for Joe Schmoe PSU grad - nope - has nothing to do with them. And I don't particularly care if they're obsessed with JoePa, defend him or not etc; in the same way that I don't sit there in interviews trying to divine whether the applicant is an NRA member, pro/anti choice, religious or atheist etc.[/quote]
