I would not have any problem having my female relatives in the room, as long as they were helpful.  In the end, it is my labor and who I want in the room is my choice. Really depends on your people and your relationship with them. I would want my mom but she is squeamish and would turn me down, my SIL on the other hand would be wonderful to have around.  [/quote]
